Noir Stare Emporium Return Policy

At Noir Stare Emporium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as custom products or intimate apparel, may not be eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning your item.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Product Replacement: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at noirstaremporium@gmail.com.

Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping Time: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Lost Returns: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Some items cannot be returned, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Personal care items
